About Madeline Ricci

Madeline Ricci, Founder and Strategic Business Advisor

CEO of BNN Services. Co-founder of Trustedpreneurs with David Ricci. Creator of the FREED method.

The reason your business needs you is the same reason mine used to.

Eighteen years in corporate leadership, laid off in 2008, an eight-figure firm built in the recession that followed. I still run it while advising the founders who want the same thing.

What is on the record

I built the thing I now advise on.

In 2008, after an 18-year corporate career, I was laid off. I started BNN Services in the middle of a recession, with no advertising and no social audience, and built it on service, systems, reputation, and execution.

I came up through title, mortgage and real estate closings, then ran the operations and the people who did that work.

I do the same thing now for other founders, and I still run BNN Services while I do it.

You are reading this to work out whether any of it transfers. It does, and not because I am a good storyteller. It transfers because I solved this problem in a company I still run, which means the answer has to keep working on Monday.

Every claim on this page that can be checked by someone else is checked on the media page.

The through line is easier to see backwards than it was to live forwards.

Who I build with

Built with a partner, not an audience.

David Ricci, CEPA is co-founder of Trustedpreneurs with me and chief operating officer of BNN Services. As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor, he works on what a company has to look like before it can change hands.

I co-founded Trustedpreneurs with him and co-host the Build Beyond You podcast with him, currently published as Trustedpreneurs: The Podcast. Two operators, one standard: businesses that keep running when the founder steps back.

How it moved

Six seats. One conclusion.

  1. 01

    Corporate leader

    18 years inside large organizations.

So I know what your best people are comparing you to.

  2. 02

    Entrepreneur

BNN Services founded in 2008, mid-recession.

So I know what it costs to build without a safety net.

  3. 03

    Eight-figure operator

National firm, network of 40,000+ trusted agents.

So the advice has been load-tested at your scale and above.

  4. 04

    Growth leader

    Brand, positioning, and growth leadership.

So growth gets fixed as a system, not as a campaign.

  5. 05

    Founder advisor

    Trustedpreneurs, FREED framework.

So the method is named, repeatable, and not improvised on your money.

  6. 06

    AI strategist

AI operating leverage for founder-led firms.

So you get leverage where it exists and honesty where it does not.

This is a progression rather than a pivot. Every seat is now evidence for the same conclusion: businesses are only as scalable as the systems that run them.

Six seats, one repeated finding, and it is the finding that gets applied to your business. Not the biography.

Each step made the next one possible. None of them looked like a plan at the time.

Client work

What it looks like when it holds.

Why the systems hold after I leave.

My background as a certified coach, in NLP, hypnotherapy, and Time Line Therapy is the method beneath the advisory. It is the reason the systems take hold inside a team, because structure only holds when the people inside it change how they decide. It supports the work. It no longer names the category.

Which matters to you on the day I stop showing up. A system your team believes in outlives the person who installed it. That is the whole point of the work.

What the work runs on

Intention, focus, alignment, impact.

Four words on the cover of the notebook I write in every morning. They are the same four the work runs on.

The only offer on this site

One conversation. That is the whole ask.

What it is

Thirty minutes. You describe where the business waits for you. I tell you what I see, and what I would change first.

What it is not

A pitch, or a proposal in disguise. If it is not a fit, I will say so on the call.

What you leave with

A read on where the business waits for you, the one change worth making first, and an honest answer on whether this is worth continuing.

Before you book

What people want to know before they call.

Is this coaching?
No. The coaching training is why the systems hold inside a team, but the work is structural. You end up with documented systems, named owners, and authority that moves with accountability. Not a weekly call about mindset.
Do you only work with healthcare practices?
No. Current engagements span an orthopedic practice, a consulting firm, a financial services SaaS company, a healthy aging clinic, and a first-time author. Founder dependency has the same shape in all of them.
Do you work outside Texas?
Yes. I work with founders worldwide and the work runs remotely. BNN Services is a national firm and has been since long before this was a category.
You still run an eight-figure company. How much of your time do I actually get?
That is the point, and it is why engagements run 90 days and I take ten clients a year. Advising from inside the work only stays true if the work is still real. Availability is one of the first things covered on the call.
What does it cost?
Engagements are scoped after the conversation, once I understand what the business needs. Nothing gets quoted before that, and the conversation itself costs you thirty minutes.
